Requirements
Must be at least 23 years of age
No alcohol related violations in the past 5 years
No serious moving violations in the past 3 years (15 mph or greater, reckless driving, following too close, license suspended for points or hazmat)
No accident related violations in the past 3 years (leaving the scene, hit and run, failure to report)
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months. No more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years
No DOT recordable preventable accidents in the past 3 years
No more than 3 jobs in the past year. No more than 9 jobs in the past 3 years
Never refused a drug and/or had a positive drug screen
Must have 18 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience
