WEL Companies is looking for a dependable Shuttle Driver based out of Green Bay, WI. Enjoy a consistent schedule that gets you home daily while earning competitive hourly pay and great incentives!

What You'll Do

  • Shuttle temperature-controlled loads to Belgioioso Cheese and back.

  • Monitor temperatures and maintain critical on-time delivery schedules.

  • Shuttle trailers between customer locations and the terminal or run short loads as needed.

  • Work primarily in the Green Bay, WI area, with occasional travel outside the area as required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total Pay: $20.25/hour ($17.25 base + $3.00/hour per diem).

  • Annual wage increases: $0.20/hour raise on your 1-year anniversary and each subsequent year (up to 20 years).
