WEL Companies is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver for a home daily position based in Allentown, PA.

Role Overview

This is a home daily position primarily covering the Allentown, PA area, with occasional travel outside those lanes based on business need.

What You'll Do

  • Move trailers requiring repair or service between the terminal, customers, and shop

  • Transport trucks and trailers to and from dealer locations for repairs

  • Recover abandoned trucks and trailers

  • Perform light shop cleaning when recoveries are low

  • Handle occasional multi-stop temperature-controlled loads with strict on-time delivery and temperature monitoring

Pay & Compensation

  • $22.00/hour starting pay

  • $0.20/hour raise on your 1-year anniversary and each subsequent year (up to 20 years)

Requirements & Screening
