WEL Companies is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver based in Joliet, IL. This is a home daily position primarily covering the Joliet area, with occasional travel outside this area based on business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Shuttle temperature-controlled loads to Belgioioso Cheese and back.

  • When work is light, shuttle trailers from customers to the terminal or run other short loads that fit within your clock.

  • Ensure on-time delivery and continuous temperature monitoring for refrigerated freight.

Pay & Compensation

  • $20.25/hour total ($17.25 hourly + $3/hour per diem).

  • $0.20/hour raise on your 1-year anniversary and each year thereafter, maxing out on the 20th anniversary.
