Profit Sharing: Share immediately in Nussbaum’s financial success! Each quarter, you’ll receive a bonus payment based upon Nussbaum’s profitability in the previous quarter. Pays quarterly - in addition to the quarterly bonus program.
Competitive Pay: Earn between $83k - $97k+ in your first year, depending on experience.
Bonuses: $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus, with $1K upon successful completion of orientation, at 3 months, and at 6 months.
Insurance: Major medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with short-term disability and life insurance.
Retirement: 401(k) available from first paycheck with matching.
Early Exit: We believe in the jobs we offer, and we're confident you'll find a home here. But, if you decide in the first 90 days that Nussbaum isn't the right fit, we'll help you transition out with a $2,000 payout.
Compensation & Pay
We've raised driver pay six times in the last six months — and we're not done. Recent increases include:
Activity Pay
Pickup, delivery & stop-off pay: increased from $20 to $23
Relay pickup, relay drop & shuttle pay: increased from $12 to $15
Detention Pay
Increased from $20/hr to $25/hr (a 25% increase)
First hour remains free; detention pay applies after that
Weekly Guarantee
- Increased by $50/week, applied at your individual guarantee level
