• First-Year Earning Potential: $83,000 to $97,000+ depending on experience and location.
• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum: Steady, dependable income every week.
• $3,000 Transition Bonus: For OTR van drivers starting by December 14 ($1,000 at orientation completion, $1,000 at 3 months, and $1,000 at 6 months).
• Immediate Holiday Pay: $290–$320 per day for up to 5 holidays with no 30-day wait period when you start by the deadline.
• $2,000 Early Exit Protection: If you haul for 30 days and choose to leave between day 30 and day 90, we provide $2,000 to help you transition.
