Owner Operator & Small Fleet Opportunities — HUDD Transportation

HUDD Transportation is contracting owner operators and small fleets to move high-volume port freight. Drivers stay close to home while running consistent, local intermodal and drayage work.

What You'll Do

  • Haul drop-and-pick container freight to and from port/intermodal terminals
  • Operate locally within your home market — home daily
  • Maintain your equipment to meet safety and inspection standards

Compensation & Benefits

  • Rate + Fuel Surcharge (FSC): Competitive per-move pay that adjusts with market fuel costs

  • Paid Inspections: HUDD covers state and federal tractor inspection costs

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 12 months of recent driving experience
  • Own operation (qualified owner operator or small fleet)
  • Must reside within 100 miles of an available HUDD terminal
